How is Mongolian BBQ being prepared?Mongolian BBQ is a combination of freshly sliced meat, accompaniments and sauces prepared in Mongolian style. Chefs will demonstrate their unique culinary expertise in full view of all our diners at the heart of our restaurant.
The Dancing will prepare your selection of Mongolian BBQ. This buffet offers an array of the freshest vegetables as well as sliced strips of chicken, beef and lamb for stir frying on a very oversized hot plate, which the chef does with a pair of 3-foot long chopsticks. He uses a special sauce as he tosses the miscellany of meat and vegetables and works his way around the pan, ending off the routine with a 360 degree manoeuvre reminiscent of Michael Jackson’s breakdance.
How well ventilated is the Restaurant? All cooking is done within an enclosed chamber with a well-ventilated system. Therefore, there is no smoke, no smell.
